Voice meeting allowances
When enabled, Plus includes 120 transcription minutes and 30 analysis bundles per UTC calendar month, including annual subscriptions, separately from document AI pages and cloud storage. The existing AED 7.99 monthly and AED 79.99 annual prices are unchanged. The app displays the current configured allowance; unused amounts do not roll over. A Free completed, server-verified video activates one shared 15-minute transcription allowance per week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC, without repeated video refills. A separate verified video unlocks one summary/minutes/decisions/actions bundle for a recording. Free reopening of saved transcripts/results requires a separate completed video for that viewing visit; this consumes no AI allowance and makes no new model request. Recording and local audio playback require no video. Free exports of transcripts or analysis to Word, PDF or text require one explicitly chosen completed video per exported file, separately from viewing access. Cancelled or failed saves retain earned export access for retry. Plus exports are ad-free. Exporting saved content makes no AI request and consumes no transcription or analysis allowance. Videos never start without choosing Watch video and cannot interrupt an active or paused recording. Network/provider failures do not earn an access grant. Successfully stored output can be reopened under the viewing rules without duplicate processing charges. Keep original audio and review AI output before relying on it.
Using Scanner360
Use the application only for documents you are entitled to capture, process, sign, store and share. Keep your account and device access secure. Review the privacy and processing disclosure before selecting cloud storage or submitting pages for AI processing.
Review your results
OCR and image processing can produce mistakes. Review extracted text and exported files before relying on or sharing them. A drawn signature placed on a PDF is a visual mark; Scanner360 does not represent it as a certificate-based digital signature or guarantee its acceptance by a recipient.
Plans and availability
Features, storage and AI allowances depend on the account's Scanner360 plan and configured service policy. Other applications' memberships and credits do not transfer. Free includes unlimited local files subject to device capacity. Plus is offered at AED 7.99 per month or AED 79.99 per year with 5 GB cloud storage, unlimited local tools and 100 shared AI pages per calendar month (UTC) across OCR and Word or Excel conversion, including annual subscriptions. Unused monthly pages do not roll over. Video access covers one successful eligible local operation. AI OCR and Word or Excel conversion use one completed video per page before processing. Saving an editable Word or Excel copy requires separate completed videos per source page. An incomplete video earns no access. Exact fonts, graphics and positions may differ in converted files; original scans are retained. Purchases require configured Google Play billing. Advertising requires a configured provider and the applicable ad privacy choice. When enabled, the store displays the actual price and renewal terms before purchase; manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. No free trial is included. Network services and processing providers can be unavailable; retain important original files and retry visibly pending or failed work.
Data and consent
Private storage and AI processing are separate choices. The app records the displayed consent version and your acceptance before account access. Exporting or sharing a document sends it to the destination you choose. Do not submit information you lack permission to transmit.
